Felicity Jones is a British actress best known for playing the role of Jane Hawking in the critically well-reviewed film The Theory of Everything. Jones, who has been an actress since she was 12years old, has been a part of many TV series and movies. She began by appearing in The Treasure Seekers, a film on television. She then appeared as Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch, and The sequel Weirdsister college. Her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she played the lead role in), Young Ruth, she went on and acted in a variety of other films. In films such as The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she earned fame for her role. Her role in The Theory of Everything was which earned her her first Oscar nomination. Jones' portrayal as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic based on the author's life, was well-received from both critics and audiences. Jones was later seen in Inferno which was a horror film that starred Tom Hanks. Jones received the British Artist of year award in 2016 from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles. It was awarded for her amazing talent and contribution towards film.
